-white rice

-white flour

-fried foods

-pop, including diet pop

-regular table salt. Replace with Himalayan Salt

-Hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated fats: Canola oil, Sunflower oil (unless high oleic), Safflower oil (unless high oleic), Peanut oil, Soybean oil, margarine.
Replace with: extra virgin olive oil for salads, virgin coconut oil for cooking, butter, broth for sauteing

-excessive alcohol

-fruit drinks. Replace with 100% Fruit Juice

-deli meats

-artificial sweeteners. Replace with stevia, xylitol, raw honey, pure maple syrup

-soy products, unless they’re fermented like miso and tempeh
