My Weightloss & Nutrition Plan

-Eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours
-Protein at every meal and snack but not alone
ELIMINATE THE FOLLOWING LIST
INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING LIST
-Drink the equivilant of 5, 500ml bottles daily
DAILY WARM LEMON WATER + VISI
DAILY PROTEIN HEALTH SHAKE
-Follow G.I. Principals and include foods that are low on the glycemic index
-exercise 4 times per week following this detailed workout plan which alternates cardio and total body weight training.
